I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review product photos and descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact me and I will provide further information and photos as needed.

I usually ship rugs within 2-4 business days. I am a one-woman-show, though, so sometimes there are delays. If a package is delayed I will reach out to you via email to let you know.

All of m rugs are imported from Turkey and Iran.

Turkish and Persian rugs are traditionally a wool pile on a cotton foundation and dyed with all natural vegetable dyes. If a rug is made of another material I will note it on the listing.

Vacuum rug on low with the brush roller off whenever you want to remove large debris. For smaller rugs you can shake them out outside.

As needed, spot clean your rug with cold water and dish soap.

Professional clean as needed.

A solid maybe. Sourcing specific rugs is tricky so I usually just recommend folks get on my email list and pounce when they spot their dream rug. If you have something very specific in mind please reach out and I’ll see what I can do.

The truth is it is very hard to exactly date these rugs. Most my inventory has an estimated age of 20-50 years. If you would like to know the age of a specific rug please reach out and I’ll see what I can dig up.
